Return and Refund Policy for Health & Hope Virtual Gifts Store
Thank you for supporting Health & Hope through your purchase of virtual gifts. All proceeds from your donation go directly towards supporting our charitable programs in Myanmar.
Nature of Virtual Gifts
All items in our store are virtual gifts representing charitable donations to Health & Hope. When you purchase a virtual gift (such as a Bag of Rice, Medicine Pack, or Support a Teacher), you are making a donation to fund these specific programs. The virtual gifts themselves are symbolic - no physical products related to the gift will be shipped to you. The items will be purchased in the project areas.
Physical Gift Cards
If you have ordered a physical card to accompany your virtual gift, the card will be posted to your specified address. The card serves as a tangible representation of your charitable donation.
Non-Refundable Donations
Due to the charitable nature of our virtual gifts, all purchases are considered final donations and are generally non-refundable. Once your payment is processed, the funds are immediately allocated to support our programmes and beneficiaries in and from Myanmar.
Returns for Physical Cards
Physical cards cannot be returned once posted. However, if your card arrives damaged or there is an error with the card (such as incorrect personalization or printing errors), please contact us at info@healthandhope.org within 7 days of receiving the card, and we will arrange for a replacement card to be sent at no additional cost.
Exceptions for Processing Errors
We will issue refunds only in the following circumstances:
- Duplicate charges due to technical errors
- Unauthorized transactions
- Processing errors on our part
- The physical card was not dispatched due to an error on our part (refund of shipping charges if applicable)
If you believe you qualify for a refund under these exceptions, please contact us within 48 hours of your purchase at info@healthandhope.org with your order number and details of the issue.
Digital Confirmation
Upon completion of your donation, you will receive an email confirmation with details of your virtual gift purchase. Please check your spam folder if you don't receive this within 24 hours.
