About Our Store

Health & Hope Virtual Gifts Store is operated by Health & Hope, a registered charity. Our store offers virtual gifts that represent charitable donations supporting our programs in Myanmar, including health, education, humanitarian relief, and community development.

Nature of Purchases

All purchases made through this store are charitable donations to Health & Hope. Virtual gifts (such as Bag of Rice, Medicine Pack, Support a Teacher in Myanmar, etc.) are symbolic representations of the programs your donation supports. No physical goods will be delivered to you or the recipient.

Christmas Purchases

Please note that if purchasing a physical card, the cut off date is 9 December 2025 to ensure sufficient time to get the card to you in time for the Christmas post. Ecard purchases can be made at any time.

The Health & Hope office will be closed between 19 December but will re-open on 2 January 2026 for new orders after Christmas.

Use of Donations

All funds received through virtual gift purchases are used to support Health & Hope's charitable programs in Myanmar. While each virtual gift represents a specific program area, donations may be allocated where they are most needed to maximise impact for the communities we serve.

Payment and Processing

We accept payment via major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.), Shop Pay, and Google Pay through Shopify Payments. All transactions are processed securely, and you will receive an email confirmation upon successful completion of your donation.

Pricing and Currency

All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP). Prices are subject to change without notice, though any changes will not affect donations already processed.

Tax and VAT

Our virtual gifts are digital donations and are not subject to VAT or other taxes. You will not be charged tax at checkout.

Refund Policy

Due to the charitable nature of our virtual gifts, all donations are generally non-refundable. Please refer to our Refund Policy for exceptions related to processing errors.

Email Communications

By making a donation, you consent to receive email confirmations and receipts related to your purchase. We may also send updates about our programs, but you can opt out of these communications at any time.
