Shipping Policy for Health & Hope Virtual Gifts Store
Virtual Gifts with Optional Physical Cards
All items available in the Health & Hope Virtual Gifts Store are digital donations representing charitable contributions to our programs in Myanmar. While the gifts themselves are virtual (no physical rice, medicine, etc. will be shipped), we do offer physical greeting cards that represent your gift.
What You Will Receive
Upon successful completion of your donation, you will receive:
- An email confirmation sent to the email address provided at checkout
- A receipt for your charitable donation
- Details of the virtual gift you purchased and the program it supports
Physical Gift Cards
If you have selected a physical card to accompany your virtual gift donation, the card will be posted to the address you provide at checkout. The card serves as a tangible representation of your charitable gift and can be given to the recipient to let them know a donation has been made in their honour.
Card Delivery Timeframe
Physical cards are typically posted 1-2 working days of your order and should arrive within 2-3 business days. Physical cards only available in the UK.
Digital Delivery
Your email confirmation and receipt will be sent immediately after your payment is processed, typically within a few minutes. Please check your spam or junk folder if you have not received it within 24 hours.
No Physical Gifts Shipped
Please note that the virtual gifts themselves (such as a Bag of Rice, Medicine Pack, or Support a Teacher in Myanmar) are symbolic representations of charitable donations. Your donation goes directly to funding our programs and supporting communities in Myanmar - no physical goods related to the gift will be shipped.
Shipping Charges
- A small shipping fee of 87p applies to physical card delivery.
Missing Confirmation Email or Card?
If you haven't received your confirmation email within 24 hours, or if your physical card hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@healthandhope.org with your order number or the email address used at checkout.
